Are we a good fit? First-time visitors to Tranquil Energy Bodywork have a great rate to explore this service and therapist. (Regular rate for session $115.) Session consists of full 90-minutes of therapeutic Swedish massage to customize. Session includes complementary aromatherapy and hot towels. Please arrive 10 minutes early for this initial session. This is an ideal session of strictly Swedish massage to focus on one or two areas in need of therapy. (Full Body massage available in Tranquil Swedish ~ 90 Minutes or Rejuvenate Massage/Reiki Blend ~ 100 Minutes sessions.) For example: neck, back, shoulders are common areas that carry stress and fatigue. Swedish massage would be dedicated to work out tension in upper torso so one leaves feeling refreshed. Another example may be lower back and hips need sole attention. Table time is full 70 minutes. Session includes complementary aromatherapy and hot towels. Session allows client to customize full body 90-minute therapeutic Swedish massage. Long, gliding strokes of varying pressure combined with deeper kneading movement and circular linear pressure is applied to muscles and joints. Just to name a FEW benefits of a vast list: soften and realign muscles, soothe nerves, improve blood circulation, relieve tension and loosen knots, improve flexibility, improve mood, etc. Session includes complementary aromatherapy and hot towels. Every client I meet carries the weight of the world and tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. And usually, the accompanying culprit is a tension headache. This session combines massage work of neck, jaw, shoulders, and into the back. Tension is freed with a scalp massage, releasing tender pressure points with acupressure. One feels like the weight of the world is lifted off the shoulders from this decompressing, relaxing session. Please call or text if you have any questions. Session allows client a 75-minute combined session of therapeutic Swedish massage and Reiki energy therapy. Time on table allows time to focus on 1 or 2 focal parts of the body. Head to toe Swedish massage and Reiki blend. Indulge and decompress with a full body Swedish massage, and Reiki blended into the session. Client has full 100 minutes on the table. Typically, emphasis of time is dedicated to massage therapy. Session includes complementary aromatherapy and hot towels. A total relaxation massage with warm Reiki charged Synergy stones. Soothing warm Synergy stones, basalt stones, and warm healing hands glide in long Swedish strokes on key points of the body to radiate soothing flow of energy. This is a full body massage with a full 100 minutes on the massage table. Hot stones can increase circulation and aid deep muscle relaxation. Certain conditions are not advised for hot stones: high blood pressure, diabetes, skin irritations, and pregnancy. Session includes complementary aromatherapy and hot towels. Peaceful, traditional Usui Ryoho Reiki energy work. Ideal if short on time, but yet a meaningful recharge. Also ideal if seeking energy work that allows client to receive energy work and leave with light and love (minimal dialogue). Clients are on a massage table fully clothed for comfort. Reiki energy hands are placed on or above a client to balance and restore the body's vital energy. This session is not designed for an intuitive share. Energy healing therapy with a blend of Reiki, chakra balancing, sound therapy, and light touch to relax and restore healthy energy flow. Clients may wear loose clothing and will relax comfortably on a massage table. This is wonderful for individuals who may experience chronic pain, pre or post surgery healing, or simply need relaxation. Reiki is also for those working through internal transitions; as it can be preventive, healing, and very soothing. The session begins with setting an intention of release of physical/emotional concern. Clients are taken into a meditative therapy. Reiki hands are placed on or above client, flooding the body with vital energy for higher vibrational healing. Acupressure points are touched upon and chakras are balanced. Pressure points to the feet (and hands, time permitting) to restore balance to the entire body with the extra balancing boost of Reiki. Clients can wear loose clothing. And encouraged to wear leg wear loose to be pushed up to knees. Clients will be comfortable on a massage table for this 60- minute session. Session includes complementary aromatherapy and hot towels. All inclusive 2 hour session for those needeing to de-stress and rejuvenate both physically and emotionally/spiritually. Session consists of dedicated Swedish massage combined with Reiki. There is a brief consult to share intention before the session.Therapist is intuitively guided to the physical alignment of body as well as the emotional shifts of the body. Reiki Therapy can release and clear unwanted imprints in the energy field. Session includes complementary aromatherapy and hot towels. A brief follow up takes place to assess clients' well-being. Typical full session lasts 125 - 130 minutes. The intention of this session is for healing at a deeper level. Session cannot be altered for a 2 hour Swedish massage only. A professional, private spa like setting in Loveland home/office for therapeutic, meditative Swedish massage therapy and Reiki energy therapy. Additional therapies may be included: acupressure,cupping, deep tissue, trigger point, hot stones, and/or reflexology.
